Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud platform and you’ve got a shared website hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any e-mailbox that you create under the domain. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a few features, but it’s astonishingly easy to work with, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes just one mouse click. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be enumerated in this section alphabetically and you will only have to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the respective address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or pick some other mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes yet another click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be activated without effort if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have created using the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll see a tiny logo conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With only one single click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and activate this feature using the contextual menu that will surface. In case any of the prerequisites for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will notify you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
